For developers and AI agents. The same rules answer at POST /api/caregiver/plan (plain answers or a FHIR QuestionnaireResponse in; the plan, or a FHIR CarePlan, out) and GET /api/caregiver/questionnaire (a FHIR Questionnaire). No key, and nothing stored. Details in llms.txt.
