The pathway — three milestones

April 2026 → July 2026 → Q4 2026

The FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) reviews select peptide categories in mid-2026. We expect the legal compounding pathway to open in Q4 2026 for categories including BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and MOTS-c. The day it does, we'll have the physician, the pharmacy, and the LMN workflow ready.

April 2026 — today LMN pipeline mature. Waitlist open. FDA comment docket FDA-2025-N6895 accepting public input.

July 2026 — PCAC review Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviews compounded peptide categories.

Q4 2026 — pathway opens Compounding pharmacies legal to fulfill. ClinicalSwipe begins prescribing Day 1.
