Outcomes and billing

From

Every update we have recorded for your members, oldest first. A signed letter and a decline are billed the same flat fee. A request for changes is recorded and not billed. This list is the ledger we reconcile against. Invoices are not generated or sent from it automatically.

"Not delivered" in the webhook column is expected until your webhook address is set up. Your events wait here either way.
